Youth SportsPerformance
Strength, speed, and confidence for young athletes in the Madison area. Patient, expert coaching that helps kids move well, stay healthy, and love their sport.
Training That Builds the Whole Athlete
Sports performance training is the work athletes do off the field to play better on it. For young athletes, that means learning to move well first, then building strength, speed, and power on top of a solid foundation.
- Movement quality: squatting, hinging, jumping, and landing with good mechanics
- Strength: age-appropriate lifting, coached rep by rep
- Speed and power: acceleration, sprint mechanics, and jumping
- Injury prevention: balance, landing control, and the strength that helps protect knees, ankles, and shoulders
- Confidence: knowing how to train safely, for life
For Young Athletes and Their Families
This program is built for middle school and high school athletes across the Madison area, in any sport: soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, track, hockey, softball, baseball, wrestling, and more.
- Athletes who want to get stronger and faster before the season
- Kids who are new to the weight room and want to learn the right way
- Athletes coming back from a long season who need a reset
- Parents looking for a coach they can trust with their child
Training is private and small group right now, so every athlete gets real attention. Group classes are coming soon.

Is Strength Training Safe for Kids?
When it's well coached and age-appropriate, strength training is a healthy part of youth athletic development. The key is supervision, good technique, and smart progressions, never maxing out or chasing numbers. That's how Coach Keysha has coached young athletes for years: technique first, and every athlete progresses at their own pace.
